age  44, Wilmington, OH, passed away, Memorial Day afternoon, May 25, 2015 at home.

He was born November 11, 1970 in Dayton, OH, son of the  late Charles Wayne Taylor Sr. and Rita Faye Terrell Taylor.

Westley had worked as a Carpenter.

Surviving are 3 Brothers- Bobby Taylor of Clarksville, OH, Randy (Jenny) Taylor of Wilmington, OH,  Ricky (Angie) Taylor of Port William, OH,and numerous nieces & nephews.

In addition to his parents, Westley was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Weisenberger, & Brother, Charles W. Taylor.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, OH has been  entrusted with the arrangements.
