Walter Huff

Walter Huff, age 71, of New Vienna, Ohio, passed away early Monday morning, February 27, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born April 22, 1945 in Garrett, Kentucky, son of the late Cornett and Minnie Stanley Huff.
Walter was a member of Cross Life Full Gospel.
Surviving are wife, Vina Marie Huff, whom he married on October 17, 1973, five children, Tammy (Kimble) Barash of Norman, Oklahoma, Angie (Bobby) Coffman of Newall, Oklahoma, Danny Huff of Stonewall, Oklahoma, Renee (Paul) Hughes of Fayetteville, Ohio, and Marie (Denny) Riddell of Lynchburg, Ohio, nine grandchildren, Joshua Spence, Kristen Wapp, Tyler Coffman, Heather Huff, Amy Surface, Chad Surface, Buddy Riddell, Jacob Riddell, and Matthew Hughes, seven great-grandchildren, brother, Arnold (Glenna) Huff, and a sister, Anna (Roy) Pritchard.
In addition to his parents, Walter was preceded in death by six siblings, Dorsie Combs, Girvie Combs, Geneva Turner, James Smith, Betty Cunningham , and Ballard Smith.
Services will be held at Cross Life Full Gospel, 237 S. High St., Friday, March 3, 2017 at 12:00 pm with Pastor Denny Riddell officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Olive Cemetery, New Vienna.
Friends will be received at the church on Friday from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro is serving the family.
Contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
