Terry W. Henline, age 42, of Wilmington, OH, died Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born July 18, 1971 in Cincinnati, OH.
Survivors include his fiance, Paula Lucas, children, Stephanie and Ryan Lucas, a granddaughter, Elizabeth Faith, mother, Albertina (Charles Short) Frazier, step-father, Grantland Rice, father, Terry Gene Henline, and grandmother, Elaine Henline. Also surviving is his brother, James (Rosemary) Short,and their children, Jamie Short, Sonja Short, Jordan Webster, James Webster, a great niece, Cara Jensen, sister, Annie Shaffer-Packer, and her children, Elisha Packer, Elizabeth Packer, and Elijah Packer.
Terry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Lee and Rosemary Frazier, an aunt, Molly Hamilton, and a brother-in-law, Mike Packer.
Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, March 13, 2014 at 10:00 am with Rev. Larry Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in the Westboro Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, 9:00 am - 10:00 am.
