She was born November 25, 1979 in Washington Court House, Ohio daughter of Richard Morris and Mamie Vallee' Hottinger.
In addition to her parents, other surviving family members are her fiancée, Josh Bartrem, of Hillsboro, brother, Brett (Julie) Morris of Hillsboro, sister, Yvonne Hottinger of Athens, 2 children, Dakota Morris and Gabriel McCann, both of Hillsboro, three step-children, Caden, Kali, and Maya Bartrem, grandson, Joshua Robert Fox Ball, nieces and nephews, Jessica and Tyler Hendricks and Katrina Burchett, and two aunts, Sandra Morris Stewart and Pamela Dunn.
Tara was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Edna and Joseph Vallee'.
Graveside Services will be held at Sugartree Ridge Cemetery, Monday, May 2, 2016 at 3:00 pm.
The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home is assisting the family.
