Suwako Hamakawa

Suwako Hamakawa,

age 87, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Thursday evening, March 13, 2025 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.

She was born August 10, 1937 in Hanza, Okinawa, Japan. Suwako had helped her husband run the Eagle Trailer Business in Kingman during the 80's. She really enjoyed Okinawa music that was played on the Koto Instrument. Surviving are sister-in-law, Setsuko Young of Waynesville, OH and many nieces and nephews.

Suwako was preceded in death by her husband- Seiho Kamakawa and her sisters- Emiko & Yoshiko.
