Steven Lemmings

Steven  Ray Lemmings,
Age 19, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away as the result of a train accident on Wednesday afternoon, February 22, 2012 in Wilmington, Ohio.

He was born September 14, 1992 in Dayton, Ohio, son of Charlene Shelton Wells, who survives in Wilmington and Thomas Lemmings, who survives in Sabina.

Steven worked for the Subway Sandwich Shop at the Pilot Gas Station on Rte 68.  He had attended Wilmington High School.

In addition to his parents, other surviving family members are his 5 brothers & sisters- Taylor Lemmings, Wilmington, Meygan Burns, Wilmington, Damien Wells, Wilmington, Michael Carson, Lees Creek, & Justin Lemmings, Sabina; maternal grandmother- Theresa Staton, Wilmington; maternal grandfather- Carl Shelton, Wilmington; maternal great-grandmother- Wynona Shelton, Dayton; grandpa & grandma- Sandy & Rick Redden, Cuba; aunt-Mistie Clifton; 2 uncles- Nathan Redden & Jason Redden; close friends- Sarah Lane, Samantha Evans, & Dillion Henderson; & a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends..

Steven was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents- Tom & Donna Lemmings; maternal great-grandmother- Kathleen Staton; & maternal great-grandfather- Ray Shelton.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, February 27, 2012 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington  with Rev. Brent Cunningham officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.

The Family will receive Friends from 3 - 7 PM Sunday, February 26  at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, OH .
