Sorin Cioca

Sorin  Cioca,
age 50, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Thanksgiving morning, November 24, 2022 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.
He was born September 20, 1972 in Porumbacu De Sus, Romania, son of the late Vasile & Maria (Bitu) Cioca.
Sorin was a member of  the St. Columbkille Catholic Church and a 1991 Wilmington High School Graduate.  He had worked at the McCarty's Garden Center.

Surviving are his brother- Vasile "Mike" (Liliana) Cioca,  of Cincinnati, OH; girlfriend- Brandy Corcoran of Wilmington; and many other family members here in the States and in Romania.
Prayers will be said 10:45 AM, Wednesday, November 30 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church, 73 North Mulberry Street, with Rev. Bernard J. Weldishofer officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.
