Sonjia Hughes

Sonjia Elaine Hughes,
age 45,  passed away suddenly, Thursday afternoon, July 28, 2016 in her hometown of Wilmington, Ohio.

She was born August 3, 1970 in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Richard "Dick" Hubbell and the late Cheryl Cochran.
She graduated from Wilmington High School in 1988.  She is remembered as being a very devoted and loving mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and having picnics at the lake.
Sonjia is survived by her 2 daughters- Danielle (Marcus Stewart) Hubbell & Tiffany Hughes; 3 grandsons- Adrien Cody, & Elijah Stewart and Caden Clifton; 2 sisters- Dorothy Hubbell & Tanya Howard; a brother- David Hubbell; her high school sweet heart- Steve Hughes, step-father- Robert Cochran; a niece- Latasha (Andrew) Ruddle; 2 nephews- Skylar Tomlinson and Damian Tomlinson; 4 great-nephews- Brylin Ruddle, Braxton Ruddle, Noah Tomlinson, & Jackson Tomlinson and a great-niece- Bristyl Ruddle.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, August 5, 2016 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington, with   Linda Wollums officiating.

Friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
