He was born October 25, 1976 in Wilmington, son of the late Thomas Eugene Potts and Mary Ethel (Caplinger)Potts, of Wilmington.
Shawn had worked for Pizza Hut.
In addition to his mother, other surviving are family members are his 3 daughters- Katelyn Edens of IN, Elizabeth Potts of Hillsboro, OH, & ZaeZae Allen of Wilmington; brother- Cheyenne Potts of Wilmington; sister- Brooke Potts of Wilmington; 3 nephews- J.T. Clark, Tyler Clark, & Zayden Clark; and many Other Relatives and Friends.
Memorial Services will be held 12 Noon, Friday, September 4, 2015 at the Springfield Friends Meeting, 121 Todds Fork Road, Wilmington with Pastor Mark Wilkinson officiating.
A gathering of his family and friends will be from 11:00 AM, Friday until the time of services at the Springfield Friends Meeting in Wilmington. The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington is assisting the family.
