Sharon Kay Fisher, 69, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at the Laurels of Blanchester.
She was born October 13, 1951 at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, daughter of Neal B. Milner and Helen E. DeBoard Milner.
She was a graduate of Clinton Massie High School Class of 1969 and graduated from Southern State Community College, Magna Cum Laude, with an Associates Degree. Sharon was a long time softball coach and had run the Western Brown Girls Softball Association as well as the Western Brown Band Boosters for several years. She was a member of Villars Chapel United Methodist Church and had worked at Clermont Mercy Hospital as a medical registrar for many years.
Surviving is her son, Bryan (Marilin) Fisher, daughter, Shara (Robert Haynie) Cox, 5 grandchildren, Chelsi Fisher, Sheridan (Anthony) Danato, Sydni (SSgt. Tyler) Daniels, Jayna Florence and Phoebe Haynie. Also surviving are 3 great-grandchildren, Zayden & Nea Danato and Vincent Coogan; Mother & Step-Father, Helen & Joe Smithson, 3 sisters, Lorna Jean (Mack) Kiser, Joetta Smithson, Cynthia (Jerry) Merriman and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Neal B. Milner and her sister, Denise E. Ailshire.
Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11:00 am with Pastor Tim Bradshaw officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery.
Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Ohio Friday, July 16, 2021, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
