Sharon L Cordrey

  Sharon  L. Cordrey, 
age 79, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away early Wednesday morning, December 20, 2023 at the St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY.
She was born August 21, 1944 in Wilmington, Ohio daughter of  the late Louie & Florence (Lambcke) Bisher.  On Nov. 21, 1964, she married Larry Cordrey, who survives.
A 1962 Wilmington High School Graduate, she had been a Girl Scout Leader and Director for over 15 years.  Sharon loved to bake cakes and other goodies and had retired as a retail clerk. 
In addition to her husband, other survivors include her daughter- Sherri (David) Erbentraut, Barboursville, WV; son- Chris (Rebecca) Cordrey, Union, KY; grandchildren- Hunter, Colt, Shelbi, Brock & Tate; and 2 sisters- Linda Spalding, Columbus, & Beverly Carpenter, Wilmington.
 In addition to her parents,  Sharon was preceded in death by brother- Eddie Bisher and sister- Libby Shaffer.
 Funeral Services will be held 12 Noon, Friday, December 22 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Pastor Virgil Hawkins officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.
 
 Friends will be received from 10 AM Friday, Dec 22 until 12 Noon at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
