Shanda Fisher Huffenberger

Shanda Fisher Huffenberger, age 78, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Quaker Heights Care Community in Waynesville, OH.

She was born August 2, 1945 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Cecil V. Barton and Martha V. Tate Barton.

Shanda was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington; was a graduate of Miamisburg High School Class of 1963; she loved and adored her grandchildren, enjoyed cooking, boating, waterskiing and gardening. Vacationing at Lake Cumberland with family and friends was one of her favorites.

Surviving is her husband, Ken Huffenberger, whom she married April 28, 1990, son and daughter-in-law, Todd & Karla Fisher, two grandchildren, Natalie and Nathan Fisher, Brother, Cecil Wayne (Phyllis) Barton and numerous nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, Shanda was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry Lynn Fisher.

Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 11:00 am with Rev. Josh Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.

Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Ohio Monday, July 1, 2024, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
