Sena Redmond

Sena Marie Redmond,
age 91, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Monday evening,
August 11, 2014 at Wilmington Nursing & Rehabilitation
Center.

She was born August 25, 1922 in Wilmington, OH, daughter of
the late David F. and Carrie S. Doak.  On April 21,
1944 in Hillsboro, she married Leonard J. Redmond, who
survives in Wilmington. They were happily married for 70
years.

Surviving are her daughter- Carolyn (Walt) Simkins of
Monroe, OH; sons- David G. (Mary) Redmond of Circleville,
OH, & John D. (Maria) Redmond of Bethel, OH;
special niece- Kathy (Jay Wiswell) Cook of Wilmington;
sister-in-law- Georgia R. Fore of McHenry, MS 12
grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and several nieces
and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Redmond was preceded in
death by her sister, Mary Jane Doak.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 14,
2014 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street
at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington. Interment will follow
in the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington.

Friends will be received from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the
funeral home.
