Age 86 , of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Tuesday night, January 13, 2015 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.
She was born April 22, 1928 in West Liberty, KY, daughter of the late Ren & Leona (Caskey) Keeton.
She was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church in Wilmington.
Surviving are her 2 daughters- Helen Mullenix, Wilmington, & Wanda (Don) Holbrook, Winchester, KY; 3 sons- Roger Adkins, Koleeka, FL, Bill (Shirley) Adkins, Middletown, OH, & Bobby Adkins, South Lebanon, OH; 12 Grandchildren; 24 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren; 2 Brothers- Walter Keeton, of OK & Eddie (Kathy) Keeton, West Liberty, KY; & a sister- Evelyn Oaks, Wilmington.
In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her first husband- Luther Adkins, second husband, Ford Hilliard Dunn, grandson- Benny Adkins, 3 brothers & 4 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington. Interment will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens, Hillsboro, OH.
