Sam LeForge Jr., age 82, of Clarksville, OH, died Monday, May 9, 2016 at his home.
He was born May 15, 1933 in Orgonia, OH, son of the late Samuel Wasson LeForge Sr. and Alta Mae Hiles LeForge.
He was a member of the Daystar 1st Church of God in Blanchester.
Surviving is his wife, Jean LeForge of Clarksville, whom he married March 23, 1952, one daughter, Debbie (Burton) Bowen, of West Union, four sons, Dan (Linda) LeForge, of Fl., David (Chris) LeForge, of FL., Denver (Karen) LeForge, of Waynesville, and Darin (Tracy) LeForge, of Clarksville. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren: Frank, Chris, Ellen, Travis, Shane, Tandy, Jeremy, Dawn, Destry, Josh, Jared, Brandon, Brittany, and Brady, as well as several great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by a brother, Allen LeForge.
Graveside services will be held at Sugar Grove Cemetery, Friday, May 13, 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev. Mike Polston officiating.
No visitation is scheduled. The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, is serving the family.
