Ruth Angle

Ruth  Angle,
age 86, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 29, 2015 at home.

She was born April 20, 1929 in Wilmington, daughter of the late Elza & Zella Mae (Morton) Freeland.  On February 26, 1972 in Macomb County, Michigan, she married Robert C. Angle, who survives.

She had been a member of the First Christian Church-Disciples of Christ, the Wilmington #1224 Aerie Eagles Lodge, where she had served as president of the auxillary, and the Wilmington #49 American Legion Post, where she had also served as president of the auxillary.

In addition to her husband, other surviving family members are her son- Michael (Sue) Pobst, of NV; daughter- Diana Sutton, Wilmington; 6 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brother- Dale Freeland, of Michigan; several nieces & nephews; and special friend- Jessica Runyon.

In addition to her  Ruth was preceded in death by her great-grandson- Tyler Wright, and her siblings- Robert, Wayne, George, Harold & Charles Freeland, Mary Johnson & Kathleen Polk.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM., Monday, May 4, 2015 the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Pastor Tom Stephenson  officiating.  Interment will follow in the New Antioch Cemetery, New Antioch, Ohio.

Friends will be received from 1-3 PM, Sunday, May 3 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
