Ronald Mahaffey

Ronald G. Mahaffey Sr., 89, of Clarksville, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at UC Hospital surrounded by family.

He was born September 11, 1931 in Clinton County, Ohio, the youngest child of John E. Mahaffey  and Zelma I. Mahaffey.

Ronald married Mary Beers on September 28, 1950. She proceeded him in death, May 8, 2020.

Survivors include their children, sons, Ronald (Faye) Mahaffey, Jr. Eric Mahaffey, daughter, Joyce (Richard) Gragg, four grandchildren, Kate (Jeff Lockard) Mahaffey, Michael (Michelle) Mahaffey, Jessica (Mark) Morely, Jeremy (Monica) Gragg, seven great grandchilchildren, Dominic, Vinny, and Luca Giannuzzi, Kaylee, Matthew, Laura, and Daniel Morley.

He was preceded in death by all his siblings, brothers, Donald F. and John W. Mahaffey, sisters, Dolly Tolle, Cara Belle Jones and Betty Hill.

Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 12:00 pm with Pastor Paul Crisp officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.

Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Ohio Thursday, July 22, 2021, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
