Ronald L. Magee, age 67, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Thursday morning, July 10, 2014 in Hillsboro, OH.
He was born May 14, 1947 in Maysville, KY, son of the late Elbert Magee and Mattie Lee Adams Magee.
Ronald was a former member of the Hillsboro Elks, Eagles & V.F.W. and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was an avid supporter of his grandchildren and their activities.
Surviving are three children, Todd (Emily) Magee of Hillsboro, OH, Kerri Magee Middleton of Hillsboro, OH, and Adam Magee of Hillsboro, OH, eight grandchildren, Bethany, Zach, Mattie, Faith, Luke, Hope, Alex, and Jaeden, two sisters, Linda (Emmy) Emery of Hillsboro and Carolyn (Charlie) Walker of Hillsboro, one brother, Greg (Margaret) Magee of Hillsboro and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents Ronald was preceded in death by two sisters, Sandra L. Martin and Joyce Fender.
Funeral Services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 E. Main St. Hillsboro, OH, July 13, 2014 at 5:00 pm with Ethan Magee officiating. The Highland County Honor guard will conduct Military Honors at the conclusion of the service.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Sunday 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Contributions in his memory may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or Vitas Hospice.
