Age 49, of Wilmington, passed away early Friday morning, Janaury 9, 2015 at his residence. He was Born June 23, 1965 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio to Ebon Oren Palmer, of Mason, Ohio & the late Lina Elaine (Johnson) Palmer.
He married Tracy Sue (Cauldwell) Palmer who survives.
In addition to his mother, Robert was preceded in death by his daughter- Macala Deanne Palmer.
