Robert Malott

Robert Eugene Malott, age 79, of Hillsboro/ Danville Community, passed away Wednesday morning,  March 29, 2023 at 10:09 AM at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

He was born July 20, 1943 in Highland County, Ohio.

Robert was a member of the Danville Church of Christ. He was known by most people as Bob. He was hired in 1966 by little's Farm Supply, where he spent the next 50 years working. Bob worked at the their feed mill until 1977, then started running their parts department until he retired in 2016. Bob was loved by many people and will be dearly missed.

Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Isabelle Malott, two aunts, Mary Malott and Kathryn Hawk, and an uncle, Virgil Malott.

Funeral Services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 E. Main St. Hillsboro on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Darrin Sanderson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Hamer Township Cemetery, Hillsboro, Ohio.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
