Robert William Hartman,
Age 81, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away early Tuesday morning, June 5, 2013 at his aunt and uncle's home in Springboro, Ohio.
He was born January 8, 1932 in Bellbrook, Ohio, son of the late Charles Edward & Harriet Elizabeth (Glosser) Hartman. He graduated from Franklin High School, Franklin, Ohio.
Bill was a truck driver for White Advertising Co in Blanchester, Ohio and received the safe driving award 2 years in a row. He joined his father in farming in the Wilmington area until his retirement. Bill was a US Army Korean War Era Veteran and a member of the Wilmington American Legion Post #49 and the Wilmington VFW Post #6710.
Surviving are his aunt & uncle- James (Norma) Glosser of Springboro, OH; and several cousins.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his Brother- Gary Hartman.
According to his wishes, there will be no services. Interment will be at the Dayton National Cemetery at the family's convenience.
