Robert Michael 'Bob' Adams,
Age 59, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Thursday night, June 9, 2011 at his residence after a short illness. With his loving family by his side.
He was born October 11, 1951 in Mariemont, OH, son of the late Jefferson Davis Adams III and Thelma Louise Snider Adams.
On December 31, 1991 in Morrow, Ohio, he married Karla L. Bishop Adams, who survives. In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his 2 Sons- Markus (Wendy) Adams of Hillsboro, OH, & Kyle Adams, at home; Daughter- Robin (David) Toups of Springboro, OH; Five Grandchildren- Morgen and Hannah Anderson, Dalan Toups; Corey and Cody Adams;4 Sisters- Arlene (Jim) Dean of Davenport, FL, Phyllis Fannin of Somerset, KY, Karen (Gary) Bahr of Mason, OH, & Janet (Jimmy) Johns of Blanchester, OH; 4 Brothers- Sonny (Linda) Adams of Pleasant Plain, OH, Ray (Dee) Adams of Pleasant Plain, OH, , David (Karen) Adams of Loveland, OH, and John (Brenda) Adams of Urbana, OH; and numerous Nieces & Nephew, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews, Great-Great-Nieces, & Great-Great- Nephews.
Robert worked as a Supervisor / Installer for Jacobs Telephone Contractors (JTC) in Dayton, Ohio from 1986 until 2011.
He was a member of Butlerville F. A. & M. Masonic Lodge where he was a past master, Blanchester Chapter and Council, and the Miami Valley Aerie FOE #1395 Eagles. He lived in Warren County Ohio most of his life and was an avid Outdoorsman.
July 2, 2011 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM a gathering of family and friends and a celebration of Life will be held at Bob's House. There will be a Masonic service at 2:00 PM. with Pastor Jim Fannin following.
