Raymond A Jones

  Raymond A. Jones, 
Age 81, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away, Wednesday night, November 29, 2023 at the Highland District Hospital, Hillsboro, Ohio.
He was born April 28, 1942 in Springfield, Ohio, son of the late Richard M. & Edna E. (Swaney) Jones.  In October 1987 in Cedarville, Ohio, he married Susan Helen (Whitla) Jones, who passed on November 17, 2021.
 
 Raymond had run the Races at Rocky Fork Lake and was a Hydro-Plane Racing Enthusiast.  He was a member of the American Power Boat Assn and the Diving Assn.
 Surviving are his daughter- Margaret (Robert) Henderson of Peebles, OH; daughter- Cameo Farr, Springfield, OH; son- Mark Gragg of Hillsboro, OH; 4 grandchildren- Jacob Henderson,  Jessica Henderson,  Elliott Farr & Anndreya Farr; and 3 great-grandchildren- Zander Henderson,  Aryanna Henderson, & Emmett Gragg.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Resthaven Memory Gardens, US Rte 62 North, Hillsboro.
