77, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away April 11, 2012.  His wife, Gladys Hammon, to whom he was married December 24, 1955, survives.
Mr. Hammon was born February 8, 1935 in Clinton County.  He was the son of George & Anna Hammon, both deceased.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Hammon is survived by a daughter- Sherri ( Mark) Pence and a son- Kevin (Melanie) Hammon; grandchildren- Eric, Casey, Jennifer, Courtney, Matthew, Randy, Ashley, Riley, and Jamison; great-grandchildren- Eric, McKenzie, Nicholas, Addison, Brayden, & Sophia.
Mr. Hammon's siblings, George, Roy, Francis, Evelyn & Violet are deceased.  Surviving are brothers-in-law- Nolan & Charlie, sisters-in-law- Audrey, Bonnie, Goldie, & Mary.
Mr. Hammon graduated from Wilmington High School in 1953 and  honorably served in the US Army and the US Air Force.  Later, he was employed with the US Government and retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
