Randall Skaggs

Randall  Skaggs,
age 52, of Martinsville, Ohio, passed away suddenly Friday afternoon, February 17, 2012  at his residence.

He was born April 5, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio, son of  the late Oscar G. & Evelyn L. (Hilderbrand) Skaggs.
Randy was a Disabled US Army Veteran

Surviving are his son- Grant Strout, 2 daughters- Summer Jill Ayers & Nicki Brinlee; step-son- Jason Wallace; step-daughter- Fawn Gibson; Girlfriend- Linda Ballard; 2 brothers- Frank Skaggs & Daniel Skaggs; & 2 sisters- Lora Dunnagan & Carol Cox.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his wife- Kathy Mountjoy Skaggs.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 West Third Street,  Dayton, Ohio.  The Funeral Procession will begin at the front office building at 1:55 PM.  Interment will follow in the Dayton National VA Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
