Rae Willis

Rae Chambers Willis, age 86, of Folsom, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro, OH.

She was born March 23, 1927 in Oakdale, KY, daughter of the late Orlando Chambers  and Grace Collier Chambers.

She was a member of Folsom Community Church; Hillsboro Order of Eastern Star #441, and was former member of the Highland County Democrat Central Committee.

Survivors include son, Howard L. (Teresa) Willis Jr. of Buford, son, Orland (Dollie) Willis of Hillsboro, daughter, Helen T. (Roland) Born of Stuttgart, Germany, son, William Robert Willis of Folsom, 17 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, brother, Lowell (Carolyn) Chambers of Hillsboro, brother, George (Jane) Chambers of Hillsboro, sister, Billie Smith of Hillsboro, sister, Patricia (Paul) Leach of Boston, KY, and a brother, Eldon (Robert (Mary) Chambers of Earleton, FL.

In addition to her parents, Rae was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L. Willis Sr., son, Paul Michael Willis,a brother, Orlando Jean Chambers, two sisters, Paula Stevens and Brackie Walker.

Services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 4:00 pm with Pastor Rick  Ackerman officiating.  Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery near Peach Orchard Road at a later date.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.with Eastern Star Services at 4:00 p.m.
