She was born April 14, 1969 in Lancaster, OH, daughter of Donald Lee Greenwood and Rebecca Ann Ridenour.
She was a graduate from Carroll High School in Dayton, class of 1987, and Springfield Community Hospital School of Nursing in 2006.
Surviving are husband, Keith Alan Rodgers of Jamestown, OH, mother, Rebecca Ann Ridenour, son, Justin (Desiree Davis) Rodgers, son, Shane Rodgers, son, Thomas (Destiny Lambert) Rodgers, granddaughter, Kendra Rodgers, Mother & Father, Rebecca & Gary North, Brother, Donald L. (Wendy) Greenwood, mother-in-law, Sandra Kay Conn, father-in-law, William L. Rodgers, step-brother, Scott (Debbie) North, step-sister, Jamie North, several aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.
Rachel was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Kay Rodgers, Grandparents, William and Esther Ridenour, George and Vada Christine Greenwood, father, Donald Lee Greenwood, and a special uncle, James Ridenour.
A gathering of Rachel's friends will be held from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Friday, May 19, 2017 at the McCoy's Catering Center, 1130 Guerneyville Road, Wilmington.
