Orville Conley

Orville Dilton Conley,
age 87, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Sunday evening, January 1, 2023 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born September 30, 1935 in Oil Springs, Kentucky, son of  the late Boyd & Lula Conley.  On June 28, 1969 in Paintsville, Kentucky, he married Sara Lynn Stambaugh Conley, who survives.  They were married for 53 years.
Mr. Conley retired as a school teacher and coach, having taught in Kentucky and Ohio, with the majority of time at the Little Miami Schools, Maineville, Ohio.  He was a member of the Wilmington Church of Christ and was an avid golfer.
In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his sister- Kathryn Hardin, Lexington, KY; sister-in-law- Jane (Tony) Horne, Ashland, KY; & brother-in-law- David (Tracy) Stambaugh, Murfreesboro, TN.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Conley was preceded in death by 7 siblings.

Ohio Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the Wilmington Church of Christ, 909 West Locust Street, Wilmington. Ohio FuneralServices will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday at the church with Pastor Dale McCamish officiating.
Kentucky Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12 Noon, Friday, January 6, 2023 at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 551 Ky Rte 2275, Staffordsville, KY.  Kentucky Funeral / Committal services will be held at 12 Noon at the cemetery with Pastor Dale McCamish officiating.  The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Ohio is assisting the family.
