Norma J. Maher

  Norma J. Maher, age 82, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Friday evening December 22, 2023 at the Wilmington Nursing and Rehab Center in Wilmington, OH.  
 
 She was born September 12, 1941 in Cincinnati, OH, daughter of the late William Miller and Lucille Saurine Miller Jeffers.
 
 Norma was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Wilmington and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.
 
 Surviving are daughter, Theresa Hensley, two sons, Robert Maher, John (Joanne) Maher, granddaughter, Amber Williams, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, brothers, Donald, David & Joe Jeffers and a sister, Gerry Jeffers.
 
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Earl William Maher, who died August 27, 2021; grandsons, Jeremy & Justin Rosenwirth, two sisters, Martha Rhodes, Alberta Miller and two brothers, James and Sam Jeffers.
 
 Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 29, 2023 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, with Rev. Bernard Weldishofer officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.
 
 Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Friday, 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. with prayers at 10:15.
