Neva Adams

Neva G. Adams,
Age96, of Clarksville, OH, passed away April 5, 2015 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born March 15, 1919 in Clifton, KS, daughter of the late Presley L & Mae (Finkbeiner) Garrett.  She married Ralph Glen Adams, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Adams passion in her life was the education of women. She was a member of the AA of UW, was heavily involved with AFS (American Field Service) for over 17 years finding a place for foreign exchange students to live in American homes.

Surviving are her 2 daughters- Linda (Michael) Sears of Clarksville, OH, & Janice Malvadkar of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren- Denise, Julie, Partha, Urmila; and 7 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Neva was preceded in death by her brother- Dr. Glen Garrett.

Memorial Services will be held 10:00 AM, May 16 at the Wilmington College Campus Friends Meeting, College Street, Wilmington
