He was born August 4, 1960 in Wilmington, OH, son of the late Kenneth Lee Spurgeon and Patricia Louise Hunt.
Nathan worked as a Trucker for MMT Logistics LLC, and was a former employee of the City of Wilmington and Midwest Precast.
Surviving is a daughter, Brandy L. Spurgeon, 2 sons, Nathan E Spurgeon, Jr., Tyler A. Spurgeon, 3 grandchildren, Andrew Lee Furguson, Gracie E. Spurgeon, Sophyia Spurgeon, 2 brothers, Larry Spurgeon, Jerry L. Spurgeon, and se3veral nieces & nephews..
In addition to his parents, Nathan was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jimmy and Richard Spurgeon.
Graveside Services will be held at the Westboro Cemetery, at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2015 with Don Lorentz Sr. officiating.
Friends will be received Thursday, 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, OH . Following the graveside service a reception will be held at Wilmington Church of God, 100 Gordon Dr., Wilmington.
