Nancy A. Philp

 Nancy Anne Philp, age 92, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Ohio Living Cape May in Wilmington.  

 She was born April 29, 1931 in Akron, OH, daughter of  the late L. Richard and Francis Cobb Taylor.

 She was a member of Presbyterian Church of Wilmington. Nancy will be remembered for the love she had for her family, her church, children and education as demonstrated by her tutoring children at Holmes Elementary.  She was also an avid fan of The Ohio State Football team.

 Surviving are son, John R. (Deborah) Philp of Wilmington, daughter, Holly A. (Kris) King of Cincinnati, granddaughter, Kathren R. (Seth Cunningham) Philp of Wilmington, sister, Judy (Norman) Greene, numerous nieces & nephews, special friends, Jane Chafin and Yvonne Hayes.

 In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, John Mathieson Philp.

 A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Presbyterian Church of Wilmington with Sarah Maus officiating. Visitation will be held 10:00 - 11:00 prior to the service.
