Mildred Naylor, age 90, of Mowrystown, Ohio, passed away late Monday evening, February 22, 2016 at the Crestwood Nursing Home in Hillsboro, OH.
She was born May 28, 1925 in Jackson, OH, daughter of the late Albert Harrison and Rilla Bondurant Canter.
Surviving are daughter, Barbara (Hugh) Gunter of Mowrystown, OH, granddaughter, Crystal (Chad) Brooks of Spring Branch, TX, grandson, Paul (Trisha) Gunter of Sardinia, OH, great-granddaughter, Tosha, 3 great-grandsons, Austin, Garrison, and Blake, great-great-grandson, River, 2 step-grandchildren, Blaze and Summer, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Edward Naylor, sister, Frances Johnson, infant twin sister, May Canter, and 3 brothers, Glenn Canter, Lee Canter, and Harry Canter.
Services will be held at Edgington Funeral Home, 17 E. Main St. Mowrystown, Friday, February 26, 2016 at 3:00 pm with Pastor Chris Gobin officiating. Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery, Mowrystown, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
