Mildred Bradford

She was born February 10, 1924 in Hillsboro, OH, daughter of the late Glenn Ludwick and Margaret Houck Ludwick.
She was a member of Hillsboro Church of Christ.
Survivors include her only son, Ken Bradford of Hillsboro, grandson, Rick L. and wife Joellen Bradford of Lynchburg, and a brother, Norman and wife Wilma Ludwick of Hillsboro.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Glenn Bradford who died in 1970.
In the 1950's Mrs. Bradford had worked as a telephone operator in Hillsboro before moving with her husband to Long Island, NY, where she worked in a deli, a child care center, and at Sears. Upon their return to Hillsboro Mrs. Bradford worked in the bakery at Kroger, S.O.S., and at the Colony Theater.
Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2012 at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, with Pastor John Porter officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery, Hillsboro, Ohio.
Friends will be received at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, Ohio on Thursday, March 1, 2012, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
