Matilda Richardson

Matilda S. Richardson, age 67, of Lynchburg, Ohio, passed away Wednesday night, February 19, 2020 at Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.

She was born September 28, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of the late Edward Williams and Sara Stapleton.

Matilda loved to spend time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her significant other for 25 years, Marvin Maxfield of Lynchburg, two sons, Melvin (Karen) Richardson of Peebles, and Joe Richardson of Lynchburg, three grandchildren, Sheldon Richardson,  Caleb Richardson, and Grace Richardson, two step-grandchildren, McKenzie Evans and Emily Evans, two sisters, Judy Ackley and Kathy Furhman, brother, Joe Williams, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 E. Main St. Hillsboro, Friday, February 28, 2020 at 10:00 am.
