Mary Lou Burns

Mary Lou Burns, age 77, of Sardinia, Ohio, passed away Monday June 28, 2021 at Mercy Health in Mount Orab, OH.

She was born January 14, 1944 in Hamilton County, OH, daughter of the late Robert Hillard  and Ruth Williams Hillard.

She was the head cook at the Sardinia Elementary School for over 26 years.

Surviving is her husband, Bob Burns, whom she married September 16, 1960, four children, Lisa (Leon) Lacey, Johnny (Tracy) Burns, Diane (Monty) Fairley and Kelly Burns. Also surviving is a  special aunt, Mabel Conley, 12 grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Services will be held at Edgington Funeral Home, Friday, July 2, 2021 at 1:00 pm. with Pastor Chris Gobin officiating. Interment will follow in the Fincastle Cemetery.

Friends will be received at Edgington Funeral Home, Mowrystown, Ohio Friday, July 2, 2021, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
