Mary Julliard Whiting Hogan, age 91, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away late Thursday morning, November 15, 2018 at her home.
She was born July 29, 1927 in Highland County, Ohio, daughter of the late Homer Lee and Emma Marie (Roades) Julliard.
Mary worked as a typist and secretary most of her working years, with the last employment at VAMC in Dayton, Ohio, as a medical transcriber. She was a member of Hillsboro Church of Christ, Theo, member and secretary for local National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE), Highland County Senior Citizens, TOPS, and volunteered for the church's 937.
Surviving are her two daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa (John Del Campo) Whiting of Falls Church, VA, and Judy (Thom) Stark of Chillicothe, OH, step-sister, Mabel McGraw, step-daughter, Mary Ann Hogan, step-son, James Hogan, three nephews, Terry, Jim, and Alan Julliard, two nieces, Mariann Julliard Huston, Joy Julliard Lay, several grandnephews and grandnieces, and many friends.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husbands, Russell W. Whiting and Robert J. Hogan, three brothers, Warren Harding Julliard, Mora Mason Julliard, and Walter E. Julliard; three step-brothers, Melvin McGraw, Ralph McGraw, and Roy McGraw.
Graveside Services will be held at Buford Cemetery, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Jim Bush officiating.
Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, is serving the family.
