Marlin F. "Pete" Little,
age 75, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away suddenly and peacefully, Monday morning,  November 12, 2012 at his residence in Wilmington, Ohio.

He was born October 19, 1937 in Highland County, Ohio, son of  the late Merrill Clifford & Lora Mae (Bowman) Little.  On August 3, 1958, he married Barbara E. Hammond, who survives.
Pete retired as the owner-operator of the Wilmington & Weathervane Dry Cleaners.  After retirement, he worked at the Edgington Funeral Homes.

He was a member of Wilmington Church of Christ, where he had served as a past elder. He was also very involved in the Wilmington Area Emmaus Community.  Pete was the past president of the Ohio Cleaners Association and a former member of the Wilmington Rotary Club, where he was a Paul Harris Fellow.

In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his son- Doug (Debbie) Little, Wilmington; daughter- Tanya West, Wilmington; 2 granddaughters- Sarah West & Leah West, Wilmington; 2 great-granddaughters- Ava & Lilah; sister-in-law- Louise Little, Hillsboro; & brother-in-law- Forest Morgan, Hillsboro.

In addition to his parents, Pete was preceded in death by his daughter- Melissa Kay Little, brother- Chester Little, & sister- Louise Morgan.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, November 16, 2012 at the Wilmington Church of Christ, 909 West Locust Street, Wilmington.  Pastors Dale McCamish & Tony Brackemyre officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
The Family will receive friends from 4 PM to 8 PM, Thursday, Nov. 15 at the Church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pete's memory may be made to the Brighter Transitions Fund at the Wilmington Church of Christ.  Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home is serving the family.  For more information and to access the on-line register book, please go to www.edgingtonfuneralhomes.com
