Majole Juanita Wilmoth, age 87, formerly of Mowrystown, Ohio, passed away Friday morning, September 4, 2015 in Xenia, OH.
She was born July 9, 1928 in Adams County, OH, daughter of the late Minor E. and Cella Gertrude Osman .
Majole moved to Highland County as a child and lived in Mowrystown all of her adult life until her illness forced her to move from her home. She was a 1948 graduate of Whiteoak High School and a member of Mowrystown American Legion Auxiliary Post #694.
Surviving are son, William (Sally) Wilmoth of Xenia, OH, granddaughter, Joni (Kyle) Lambcke, grandson, Will Wilmoth, II, two great-grandchildren, Kyli Lambcke and Nathaniel Wilmoth, brother, Milton B. Osman, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Majole was preceded in death by husband, Victor E. Wilmoth, four sisters, Faye Rhoades, Edna Mae McGinnis, Alberta Conner, and Muriel Osman, and a brother, Adrian Osman.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Edgington Funeral Home, 17 E. Main St. Mowrystown. Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 12 until the time of the services at the funeral home.
