Lucy Strong Bell, age 82, of New Vienna, Ohio, passed away Wednesday afternoon, August 30, 2017 at Otterbein in Lebanon.
She was born July 3, 1935 in Breathitt County, KY, daughter of the late Roy and Jaley Watts Neace.
Lucy was a great mother and believed in Jesus.
Surviving are son, Ronald (Sharon) Lamb of New Vienna, daughter, Marcia Shaw of Lebanon, eleven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, four brothers, Lorenzo Neace of Waynesville, Lawrence Neace of Midland, John Neace of Wilmington, and Lee Neace of Jamestown, and two sisters, Lillian Willard of Dayton, and Janice of TX.
In addition to her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by four sons, Richard Stephen Lamb, Roger Lamb, Mike Lamb, and Edgar Randolph, sister, Suzy Branham, and a brother, William Neace.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington with Rev. Dr. Patricia Anderson Cook officiating.
Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, is serving the family.
