Leroy Dickey

Leroy Dickey, age 89, of the Fairfax Community, passed away early Wednesday morning, November 23, 2016 at home.
He was born November 18, 1927 in Highland County, OH, son of the late Ernest Edward Dickey and Anna Grace Morgan Dickey.
Leroy was a member of Fairfax United Methodist Church, Highland Masonic Lodge #38 F&AM, and the Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati.
Surviving are wife, Bonnie Jean Dickey, son, Kirk (Sheila) Dickey of Hillsboro, daughter, Gayle (Brent) Gilliland of Hillsboro, four grandchildren, Jeremy (Lisa) Dickey, Amy (Lonny) Smith, Brianne (Chad) Abbott, and Jessie Gilliland, five great-grandchildren, Blake Dickey, Conner Dickey, Abigail Smith, Isabelle Smith, Marlee Abbott, and Finley Abbott, sister, Violet (Hayes) Kelley of Mowrystown, and two nieces.
Services will be held at Fairfax United Methodist Church, 1345 St. Rt. 247, Hillsboro, Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Lloyd Shoemaker officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairfax Cemetery.
Friends will be received Saturday at the church from 1:00 PM until the time of the Masonic Service beginning at 3:00 PM.
The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home is serving the family.
