Kennith Wayne Stamper,
Age 54, of Cuba, Ohio, passed away, Monday morning, October 17, 2011 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.
He was born March 19, 1957 in Hazard, Kentucky, son of Price & Mary Stamper.
Ken was the owner/operator of E -Z Clean and Cathy's Grocery, both in Cuba.
Surviving family members are his daughter- Christy (Juan) Perez, of CO; mother- Mary Vires, Cuba, Ohio; 5 grandchildren- Mia, Noah, Christian, Ashley, & Gaberial, all of Colorado; 4 sisters- Marilyn Phelps, Cincinnati, Bobbie Jo (Harry) Taylor, Richmond, VA, Rosa Stamper, Cuba, & Cathy Vires, of TN; 5 brothers-Dennis Stamper, Glasco, KY, Donald (Kathy) Stamper, Morrow, OH, Danny (Geneen) Vires, Norton, VA, Thomas Vires, South Lebanon, OH, & Jesse Vires, Cuba, OH; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Ken was preceded in death by his 2 fathers- Price Stamper and Euless Vires, uncle- Grover Young and aunt- Wanda Shell.
Funeral Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington, October 20, 2011 at 1:00 pm with Mr. James Wilder officiating. Interment will follow in the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington, Ohio.
Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
