F. June Bowman, age 69, of Mowrystown, Ohio, died April 7, 2012 at Urgent Medical Care in Mt. Orab, OH.
She was born August 4, 1942 in Lawrence County, OH, daughter of the late William Haywood Gooderham and Lillie Francis Blake Gooderham.
Surviving are four daughters, Kathy Bowman of Hillsboro, Teresa (Melvin) Wharff of Mowrystown, OH, Jan (Bill) Duggins of Mowrystown, OH, and Hope (Shawn) Campbell of Hillsboro. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a sister, Dorothy Milton, of Adams County, Ohio, and an adoptive grandson, Jerry Jay Stroup.
In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Bowman.
Services will be held at Edgington Funeral Home, Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Helen Halcomb officiating. Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery, Mowrystown, Ohio.
Friends will be received at Edgington Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
