age 50, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away, Wednesday morning, April 30, 2014 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.
She was born March 11, 1964 in Hillsboro, Ohio daughter of the late Oscar & Lura (Lambert) Smedley.
Judy worked as the Assistant Manager for the Family Dollar in New Vienna, Ohio.
Surviving are her 2 daughters- Taylor Freiburger, Slippery Rock, PA & Brooke Barnes, Wilmington; son- Torey Purdin, of Utah; 3 grandchildren- Madelynn, Adrienne, & Davis; 3 sisters- Linda Cluxton, Charlene Bone, & Wanetta (Ed) Hartman & 2 brothers- Michael (Robin) Smedley & Donald (Pegy) Smedley.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her granddaughter- Kyrie Jane Michael.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the Whiteoak Grove Cemetery, on Greenfield-Sabina Road close to US 62, Green Township, Fayette County, Ohio. The family will receive friends prior to the services at the cemetery.
