Joan Bullock

Joan Carol Bullock,
age 74, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

She was born March 30, 1939 in Gary, IN, daughter of the late Walter & Dorothy Berger.  Joan graduated from William A. Wirt High School in 1957.  On April 9, 1960 in Miller, IN, she married Delious "Dee" Bullock, who survives.  They lived together in Portage, IN most of their 53 years of marriage before relocating to Wilmington in 2006.
Joan worked for the Robbins Insurance Agency in Chesterton, IN for 40 years retiring in 1998 as well as having a small business called J & J Candies.   She loved playing Bingo at the Clinton County Senior Center, spending time with her family, baking, planting flowers, bird watching and crocheting baby blankets to give away..

In addition to her husband, Joan, or "Ana" as she was lovingly called, is also survived by her daughter- Robyn (Larry) Morris of Wilmington, OH; son- Randy Bullock of Portage, IN; step-mother- Jean Applebee of Ladysmith, WI; 4 grandchildren- Adam (Megan) Morris of Maineville, OH, Jessica (Nick) Daulton of Wilmington, OH,  Nate Morris of Wilmington, OH, & Abbey Morris of Wilmington, OH; and a great-grandchild- Rowan Morris of Maineville, OH; and 3 siblings- Wendy Birch, Larry Berger, & Janice (Keith) Keith, all of Ladysmith, WI.
Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 4, 2013 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington  with Rev. Dave Hinman officiating.  A Celebration Service reception with light refreshments will follow at the Clinton County Senior Center, 789 North Nelson Ave, Wilmington. Interment at the family's convenience will be held at the Springfield Friends Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 1:00 to 2:00 PM , Saturday, January 4 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
