Jean Massie, age 90, of Wilmington, OH, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at her home in Wilmington, OH.
She was born August 19, 1922 in Hazelgreen, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Charles Brooks and Esther Eli Brooks.
Jean was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Charles (Melanie Q.) Massie of Wilmington, two grandchildren, Charles G. (Samantha) Massie II, of Wilmington, and Stephanie Dawn Blue, of Wilmington. Also surviving are five great grandchildren, Charles G. Massie III, Audrey Massie, Olivia Massie, Breanna Massie, and Paul Blue II.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her first husband, Percy G. Massie, who died in 1979, her second husband, Calvin Dillinger, four sisters, Edith Dooley, Opal Allen, Inez Oldfield, and Gay Rogers.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
