Janet Solien

Janet L. Solien,
age 84, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Wednesday morning,  June 18, 2014 at the Cape May Retirement Community in Wilmington.

She was born July 9, 1929 in Hamilton, Ohio, daughter of the late Henry Edward  & Hazel (Loos) Hunter.  In 1955, she married Walton Solien, who survives.

Janet retired as a Bookkeeper for the Aramark Food Services.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Wilmington and a former member of the Williamsburg UMC..

In addition to her husband, other surviving family members are her son- Lowell E. (Birgit)Solien of Lansing, KS; grandson- Eric Solien, Lansing, KS; and sister- Doris Eileen Michaelis, Morrow, OH..

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Solien was preceded in death by her sister- Henrietta Hunter.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the Faith Lutheran Church, 421 East Vine Street at Prairie Avenue, Wilmington.  Pastor Doug Campbell officiating.  A Gathering of Janet friends will be from 10:30 to 11 at the church.
