James Dale Price,
Age 79, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away suddenly late Monday morning, July 17, 2017 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.
He was born August 6, 1937 in Wilmington, Ohio, son of the late Herman & Helen (Mathews) Price. He married Yvonne (Jones) Price, who survives.
Jim retired as a Factory Manager for PGT Windows. A veteran of the US Air Force, he was a member of the F.O.E. #1224, Wilmington, and the Wilmington American Legion Post #49, where he was active with both organizations.
In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his daughters- Kelly Anthony, Wilmington & Debbie (Steve) Haines, Jamestown; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; step-sons- Sandy (Lisa) King, Venice, FL, Shawn (Lisa) Miller, Wilmington and Nick (Dawn) Miller, Wilmington.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-7 PM, Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Upstairs Reception Room of the Wilmington American Legion Post #49, 140 East Locust Street, Wilmington. His Interment will follow at a later date in the Sugar Grove Cemetery.
The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Ohio has been entrusted with the arrangements.
