Jacquelyn Ann Dixon Bayless,
Age 61, died at 8:07 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Continental Manor Nursing Home in Blanchester, Ohio.
Jackie was born June 21, 1950 in Wilmington a daughter of the late Jack W. and Wanda (Shank) Dixon.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Wilmington.
Surviving are her brother Sammy (Peg) Dixon, Wilmington., Her sister Brenda (Bob) Ferguson, Cincinnati and another brother, Bill Drake Acworth, Ga. She was a Dear Aunt to Tina Herrington, Rob (Angi) Ferguson, and Kelli Jones; a Great Aunt to Ryan (Ciara) Herrington. Chris,Tanner & Molly Herrington, Jacob and Nick Ferguson. Emma, Eli, Daisy Herrington,and A.J. Jones and Several Aunts, Uncles, cousins and her Continental Manor Family.
Visitation will be held Friday Dec. 16, from 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. at Fisher Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, in Wilmington with Dr. Jeffrey D. Collins, (Jackie’s cousin) will be officiating.
