 Hazel Coleman,

Age 97, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Thursday evening, January 16, 2025 at the Venetian Gardens Nursing Home in Loveland, Ohio.   She was born February 2, 1927 in Pikeville, Kenutcky daughter of the late Thomas & Allie (Huffman) Thacker.   Hazel had worked as a Home Health Aide and had been a member of Bethany Baptist Church..

Surviving are her 2 daughters- Patricia Coleman of Martinsville, OH; & Janet (Dan) LeBeau, Morrow; 2 sons- Tom (Nellie) Coleman, Wilmington & Eddie (Sandra) Coleman, Xenia; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister- Drema Fowler, of Georgia,; and a brother- Ernest Thacker, of Pikeville, Kentucky.    In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband- Cecil Edison Coleman; 2 sons- Roylance & Randall Coleman; son-in-law- Michael Coleman; and 7 brothers & sisters.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Private interment will be in the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington, at the families' convenience. The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Contributions in Hazel's memory may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
